Philanthropy & Service

In 1956, Alpha Phi was one of the first women's fraternities to establish a Foundation.  The Alpha Phi Foundation is dedicated to advancing leadership development, encouraging academic excellence, improving women's heart health, supporting sisters in need and educating about the value of philanthropy. It is well known and respected internationally as a prominent philanthropic leader for the Greek community, with our chapters raising over a million dollars annually.

Red Dress Gala

Each year, the women of Alpha Phi organize and host this philanthropic event to support the Alpha Phi foundation. Family and friends join our members on Adrian College's campus for a night of dining and fun to raise money for the Alpha Phi Foundation. The event consists of dinner, a silent auction, DJ entertainment, photo booth fun, special performances by our members, and more!

Mr. Alpha Phi

Mr. Alpha Phi is an annual male pageant hosted by the members of the Delta Eta chapter. Each year, the women of Alpha Phi organize and host this philanthropic event to support the Alpha Phi foundation. At this event, collegiate men compete in rounds such as beauty, talent, and Q&A, where they answer a heart healthy question. Money is raised by collecting participation fees and by selling tickets to the event.
